Permanent Maintenance Service

Loose diamonds will be permanently repaired for free*; annual free refurbishment service; due to their special design and polishing process, we may not be able to provide free services for certain jewelry styles.

Free Professional Cleaning
For jewelry purchased from DIABOND, the store provides professional cleaning services.
Free Size Change
每年免費一次更改尺寸服務。若所需新尺寸不在標準戒指尺寸範圍內，將收取手續費。 更改永恆戒指和特殊設計的尺寸需另行報價。

During the resizing process, a small amount of metal will be added or removed to increase or decrease the size to fit the desired new size. Your ring may be slightly thicker or thinner when completed. This is a minor difference that you may or may not notice.

For any jewelry purchased from DIABOND for HKD 5,000 or above (after discounts), we will provide free shipping to all locations in Hong Kong and Macau. However, we do not ship to any P.O. boxes.
