- We will determine whether to provide the relevant maintenance services based on the product design, structure, and the condition of lost or damaged parts
- The following items require separate quotations: - Additional materials or parts required *If the ring resizing exceeds the standard ring size, a special size fee will be charged - Engraving on items other than rings will depend on the product and actual repair conditions.
- Some styles may differ from their original appearance after repair, so a professional inspection is required
- During the maintenance process, the wear of the metal parts of the product may vary depending on the condition of the product and the extent of restoration; we will try to minimize wear.
- The following situations are not covered:
(a) Defects and damages caused by loss, theft, natural disasters, or other reasons beyond our control;
(b) Defects and damages caused by intentional misuse, negligence, or accidents;
(c) Improper use (such as hitting, striking, pressing, etc.), unauthorized modifications, alterations, disassembly, or repairs and services performed by anyone other than DIABOND;
(d) Replacement or transfer of goods
