Loose diamonds will be permanently repaired for free*; Annual free refurbishment service, due to their special design and polishing process, we may not be able to provide free services for certain jewelry styles.

Enjoy one complimentary ring resizing per year. If the requested size falls outside our standard ring size range, an administrative fee will apply. Resizing for eternity bands and custom-designed rings is subject to individual quotation. During the resizing process, a small amount of metal will be added or removed to achieve the exact new size. Consequently, your ring may become slightly thicker or thinner upon completion. This is a subtle nuance that may or may not be noticeable.
